Harold "Grumpy" Gene Turner

Harold Gene “Grumpy” Turner, age 58 of LaFollette passed away Tuesday, March 6, 2018.  He was a member of the Southern Sons M.C., and a member of IBEW Union.  Harold enjoyed spending time with his friends and family.   He was the owner of Grumpy’s Bait Shop.  He came by his nickname “Grumpy” naturally.  He was very well- known and respected by everyone he met.  Harold loved his kids, grandkids, and brothers very much.

He is preceded in death by parents Charles and Betty Turner; nephew Bradley Turner.

He is survived by daughter Sarah Turner & Barry Jessee of LaFollette; son Daryl Turner & wife Nikki Rodriguez of LaFollette; brothers Steve Turner & wife Donna of Jacksboro, and Dennis Turner of LaFollette; grandchildren Chance, Alie, & Alex Jessee, and Dominick, Harlow, & Memphis Turner; step-son Christopher Newport of LaFollette; By all of his S.S.M.C. Brothers; nephew Robert Turner, and niece Stevi Richards.

Visitation will be 11 AM – 12 PM Saturday, March 10, 2018 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home followed by a graveside service at Bakers Forge Cemetery.
