Joan Ellen (Walls) Heatherly, age 57 of Jacksboro passed away Friday, April 21, 2017.  She attended Duff Baptist Church.  Joan enjoyed cooking, sewing, antiques, spending time with her family, and going to church.

She is preceded in death by father William Walls; step father Clarence Parrott; sister Judy Lee Claiborne.

She is survived by husband Jim Heatherly of Jacksboro; mother Evelyn Parrott of Duff; son William Heatherly and wife Billie Faye of Jacksboro; daughters Crystal Young and husband Brad of Jacksboro, Mandi Lynch and husband Matt of Caryville; brother Rev. Wade Walls and wife Patricia of Duff; sister Darlene Lemarr and husband Johnny of Duff; 2 grandchildren Lilly Faith Young and Eli Matthew Lynch; several nieces, nephews, friends, and relatives.

Visitation will be 6-8 PM Monday, April 24, 2017 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home.  The funeral service will follow at 8 PM.  Friends and family will meet 10 AM Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at Powell Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery for the interment.
