Joyce (Perkins) Hutson

Joyce Perkins (Jo) Hutson, went to her HEAVENLY HOME on Saturday, February 17, 2018.  Joyce was born to Bro Walter and Mayme Ivey Perkins in Davis Chapel Community on April 17, 1931.  At age 14, Joyce was saved in a revival at First Baptist Church, LaFollette, TN.  She was later baptized into Indiana Avenue Baptist Church where her mother and sisters Lena and Alta were charter members.  She joins her husband, Rev. Billy Hutson, son James Vaughn, sisters Gladys, Della, Lena, Alta and brothers: Charles, James, Bro Walter Jr.  She is survived by her children: Carolyn Carmany (Roger) of Jacksboro, TN; Barbara Turley (Randy) of Commerce, GA; Lee D. Hutson (Vonda) of Helenwood, TN and Ellen Rosenstrom (Richard) of Louisville, KY.  ALSO, her GRANDCHILDREN: Sara Turley of Washington, D.C.; Andrew and Erik Rosenstrom of Atlanta, GA; and Emily Hutson of Helenwood, TN.

Visitation will be 6-8 PM Friday, February 23, 2018 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home.  Friends and family will meet at 2 PM Saturday, February 24, 2018 for graveside service at Oak Grove cemetery.
