Joan Marie Bray, age 75, of LaFollette passed away on Thursday, July 2nd, 2014.
Mrs. Bray was a member of Fincastle Church of God, she enjoyed reading her Bible, listening to the local gospel station, dining out, playing dominoes with her family and friends, she was the heart of the family whom she loved very much.

She was preceded in death by her parents Christopher Eversgerd and Edna Faye Brown, grandparents Samuel and Verna McLain, brothers Harold, Marlin, Norman, and James Eversgerd, sister Sandra Forth.

She is survived by her husband Earl Bray of LaFollette, son Larry Bray of LaFollette, daughters, Mary Portner and husband Kenneth of Rochelle, ILL, Betty Erdman and husband Todd of LaFollette, Yvonne Weyer and husband Walter of Bolingbrook, ILL .brothers Michael Cote of Jacksboro, DeWayne, Larry and Donald”Dino” Eversgerd all of ILL, sisters Susanne Evans of LaFollette, Darlene Lohman of NC and Linda Lohman of ILL, 9 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, very special niece Terri Mulvaney of ILL, numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 pm Saturday July 5, 2014 in Martin Wilson Chapel; Funeral service will be 1:00 pm Sunday July 6, 2014 at Fincastle Church of God with Rev. Mike Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Powell Valley Cemetery. Make donations to Campbell County Cancer Association.
