Larry Roger Claiborne

Larry Roger Claiborne, age 66, of LaFollette passed away on Sunday, January 11, 2014 at LaFollette Medical Center. He was of the Baptist Faith. Larry was a very loving brother that enjoyed spending time with his family, playing his guitar, hunting and received a black belt in Karate at 60 years old which he was very proud of.

He was preceded in death by his parents Conley Leo & Maurine (McCreary) Claiborne and brother Billy Ray Claiborne.

He is survived by his sisters Betty Heatherly & husband Von, Linda White and Marilyn Hatmaker & husband Terry all of LaFollette, lifelong friends Johnny Woods and Larry & Bill Foust and a host of other friends and relatives.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 pm on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at Martin Wilson Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow with Rev. Hobert McCreary officiating. Interment will be at 11:00 am on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at McCreary Cemetery in Cumberland Gap.
