Paulette (Disney) Henson

Paulette Henson, 69, of LaFollette, passed away September 10th, 2018 at home. She was born December 29, 1948. She was happily married to her husband of 45 years, Raymond Henson. Together they, along with her brother-in-law Robert L. Henson, built a successful business of 38 years, Dixie Ready-Mix Concrete Company.  She was a beloved mother, adored grandmother, and cherished wife, as well as a loving daughter and sister.

Paulette was preceded in death by her father, Hugh Bart Disney of LaFollette. She is survived by her husband, Raymond Henson of LaFollette; daughters Rebecca Henson of Knoxville, Suzanne Nelson & husband Adam of Salem, VA; granddaughter Emily Nelson of Salem, VA; mother, Magdalene Disney of Jacksboro; siblings David Disney of Leesburg, VA, Carolyn Disney of Jacksboro, Penny Bolton of Jacksboro, Janet Edwards & husband Monte Edwards of Clinton, and many nieces and nephews who mourn her passing.

The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Wednesday, September 12, 2018 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home followed by funeral service at 7 PM with Rev. Bo Freeman officiating.  Friends and family will meet 9:15 AM Thursday, September 13, 2018 at Martin Wilson Funeral Home to go in procession to Campbell Memorial Gardens for 10 AM interment.
