Anna Barbara Queener

Anna Barbara Queener age 79 of Williamsburg, KY formerly of Lafollette went home to be with the Lord September 12, 2013 at her home. Barbara was a very loving wife of 60 years, wonderful mother, cherished Grandmother and Great Grandmother that enjoyed going to church and spending time with her family. She enjoyed cooking, singing and thought more of others than she did herself, was a mother to others even those that weren't hers.

Preceded in death by her Parents Elmer and Annie Sowder Allen. Infant Queener twin sisters and Daughter Anna Evelyn Taylor. Brothers John, Elwood and Bill Allen. Sisters Nadine Turner and Martha Lou Coy.

Survived by Husband Charles Edward Queener Sr. of Williamsburg, KY. Formerly of Lafollette Son Eddie and wife Lori Queener Jacksboro. Daughter Sue and Husband Paul Fields of Williamsburg, KY. Sister Ruth McCracken. Grandchildren Matthew Queener, Abbie Oliver, Chase and Matt Fields, Daniel, Summer, Blake and Wendy Bratcher. Great-grandchildren Aiden, Mary Anne Oliver, Samuel, Rebecca Queener, Rylan, Teagan Fields, Kaden, Amiah, Tamara and Carson Bratcher, Angel Hinkle.

Funeral services will be 8 PM Saturday September 14, 2013 in the Chapel of Martin Wilson funeral home with Rev. Jasper Walden officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM before funeral services. Interment will be 10 AM Sunday September 15, 2013 at Powell Valley cemetery.
