Anthony Hugh "Duke" Adkins

Anthony Hugh "Duke" Adkins, age 42 of Jacksboro, departed this life on Friday, May 21, 2021 at the LaFollette Medical Center. He was a loving father and son that enjoyed motor cycle riding, hunting, fishing, and being a truck driver. He is preceded in death by his father, Stanley Hugh Adkins, grandfather, Hugh Adkins, Jr., and grandmother, Dallie T. Heath. Duke is survived by his mother, Martha Daugherty, his son, Aiden Scott Hugh Adkins and grandmother, Viola Adkins. He leaves behind a host of uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.

A private graveside service is being planned for the immediate family (Douglas Cemetery-Wooldridge, TN).
