Arnold William Collingsworth

Arnold Collingsworth, age 47 of Lafollette, passed away Saturday, August 16, 2008 at the St Mary's Medical Center of Campbell Co. Mr. Collingsworth was of the Baptist faith. He loved fishing, watching football and his family was his life.

He was preceded in death by his father: John William Collingsworth.

Survivors include his mother: Azzlee Hubbard Collingsworth of LaFollette. Brothers: David and Rick Collingsworth both of LaFollette and Roger Collingsworth of Dunlap, TN. Sister: Linda Lewis of Dunlap, TN. Nephews: David Childs and Adam Childs both of Dunlap, TN. Rickey Lee Collingsworth Jr. of Maryville, TN. Nieces: Tisann Lane of Maryville, TN and Katherine Sanders of Jacksboro.

Funeral Service will be 8 PM Monday, August 18, 2008 in Martin Wilson Chapel with Rev. Tim Russell officiating. Interment will be 11 AM Tuesday in Woodlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Monday night before funeral service. Pallbearers will be David Childs, Rickey Lee Collingsworth Jr., Adam Childs, Butch Hatfield, Claude Lewis and George Ellison.
