Artella Bolton

Artella Bolton age 69 of LaFollette passed away Sunday March 29, 2009 at the St. Mary's Medical Center in Campbell Co. She was a member of Long Hollow Baptist Church. Mrs. Bolton was a very loving wife of 40 years, mother, grandmother, and a very special friend to those who knew her. She loved to fish and work in her garden. She also enjoyed working in crafts, but most of all she loved to help others or those in need.

Preceded in death by Daughter: Elizabeth Ruth Wilson. Parents: Clayton and Anna Parrott Wilson. Step Mother: Ruth Comer Wilson. Grandson: Clayton Lee Pierce. Brother: George Wilson. Sister: Alvina Wilson.

Survived by Husband: Walter Bolton of LaFollette. Sons: Jerry Wilson of LaFollette. Verlin Wilson of Knoxville. Daughter: Anna Ely of Atlanta, GA. 7 Grandchildren and Numerous Great Grandchildren. Brothers: Ronnie and Calvin Wilson of LaFollette. Sister: Viola Goodman of Lake City, TN. And as host of friends and relatives.

Funeral service will be 8 PM Wednesday, April 1 in Martin Wilson Chapel with Rev. Leroy Braden officiating. Interment will 1 PM Thursday in Bakers Forge Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Wednesday night before funeral service.
