Arvil Ray Perkins age 73 of LaFollette passed away May 15, 2011. He was an avid gun collector and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and Nascar racing. He was the owner of Big A's Pawn & Gun. He loved his family and his dog Tori very much.

Preceded in death by his father Andy Perkins, mother Hazel King, ex-wife Wilma Perkins, brother Virgil Perkins, sisters Janice Cooper and Norma Daugherty, and grandchild Guthrie Perkins.

Survived by his sons Clinton Ray Perkins and wife Perna Perkins of Lick Creek, TN, Terry Wayne Perkins and wife Patricia Perkins of LaFollette, TN, and Darrell Keith Perkins of Florida, daughter Lisa Renee Marlow and husband Gary Marlow of Duff, TN, brothers Jerry Perkins and Larry Perkins both of LaFollette, TN and J.C. Perkins of Jacksboro, TN, sisters June Hill, Wilima Copeland, and Anna Faye Teague all of Jacksboro, TN, and Dorothy Haynes of Kettering, OH, 13 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, special friend Joyce Cornelious, several nieces and nephews, and a host of others.

Funeral service will be Wednesday, May 18, 2011 in the chapel of Martin-Wilson Funeral Home with Rev Ronnie Freeman and Rev Darrel Reece officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. before the service. Interment will be Thursday, May 19, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in the Little White Oak Cemetery.
