Azzlee Collingsworth

Azzlee Collingsworth, age 86, of LaFollette passed away on Tuesday, March 11th, 2014 at LaFollette Medical Center. She was a member of West LaFollette Baptist Church. She was a very loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and mother-in-law that enjoyed spending time with her family, loved walking, visiting with her church family, going to church, and working as long as she was able.

She was preceded in death by her parents William & Nellie Mae (Burton) Hubbard; husband John W. Collingsworth; son Arnold W. Collingsworth; and sisters Beulah Mae McNelley and Imogene Carpenter.

She is survived by her sons David P. Collingsworth of LaFollette, Ricky L. Collingsworth & wife Lana of Jacksboro, and Roger G. Collingsworth & wife Amy of Dunlap; daughter Linda D. Lewis & husband Claude of Dunlap; brothers Harold Hubbard and Bobby Hubbard & wife Sandra Faye all of LaFollette; 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 pm on Thursday, March 13th, 2014 in the Martin Wilson Chapel. Funeral service will follow the visitation with Rev. Sampson Ridenour officiating. Interment with be at 10:00 am on Friday, March 14th, 2014 at Baird Cemetery.
