Barbara Grace Adkins

Barbara Grace Adkins, age 75, of LaFollette arrived in the arms of Jesus on Sunday, December 29th, 2013. She was born to Grace (Roubeck) and Roy Danek on November 17th, 1938 in Chicago, Illinois.

She was preceded in death by her parents Roy & Grace (Roubeck) Danek, sister Mary Corneiller, and brother James Danek.

She is survived by her husband Raymond Adkins; daughters Debbie (Tommy) Mathis and Cathy Homley; sons Jim (Julie) Adkins, Bobby (Tracy) Adkins, and Tommy (Renee) Adkins; nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 7:00 pm on Thursday, January 2nd, 2014 in the Martin Wilson Chapel. Funeral service will follow the visitation with Rev. Kent Williams officiating. Interment will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, January 3rd, 2014 at Woodlawn Cemetery.
