Bernice Wilson
April 30, 1915 — December 11, 2013
Bernice Wilson, age 98, of Jacksboro passed away on Wednesday, December 11th, 2013 at LaFollette Medical Center. She was a member of Round Rock Baptist Church for 84 years. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, and spending time with her great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Ramsey Wilson.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law Harold & Margaret Wilson; daughters and sons-in-law Kathleen & John Daugherty, Patsy & Kenneth McCormick, and Carolyn & Glen Seiber all of Jacksboro; 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and 1 step-great-grandson; and special caregivers Betty Douglas, Madgelene Daugherty, and great-grandson Nathan Orick.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 pm on Saturday, December 14th, 2013 in the Martin Wilson Chapel. Funeral service will follow the visitation with Rev. John Vanover and Rev. Lee Phillips officiating. Interment with be held at 11:00 am on Sunday, December 15th, 2013 at Jacksboro Cemetery.
