Bessie Lora Ann Sharp

Bessie Lora Ann Sharp, age 76, of LaFollette went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 30, 2015. Mrs. Sharp was a member of Victory Baptist Church and the loving wife of James Robert Sharp for 48 years. She loved spending time with her family, attending church and reading.

She was preceded in death by her sons James Robert Sharp, Jr and Randy Ray Harrod; parents Oscar & Mossie (Laws) Centers; brothers James Centers and Edward Centers and sister Mary Centers.

She is survived by her husband James Robert Sharp, Sr, of LaFollette; daughters Susan Barnhart & fiancé Roger McAvoy of Ohio and Vickie Scharader & husband John of Florida; grandchildren Chance Barnhart & wife Kristi, Erica Holmes & husband McClennon, Eli Barnhart & wife Meggan, Joseph Harrod & wife Tammie, Jason Sharp & wife Christy, Jesse Sharp and Justin Sharp & wife Sarah; 15 great grandchildren; beloved sister-in-law Jeanie Woodson; 2 nephews and 3 nieces, several other family members and friends.

Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 pm on Tuesday June 2, 2015 at Martin Wilson Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 11:00 am on Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at Victory Baptist Church with Rev. Walter Miller officiating. Interment will follow in Victory Cemetery.
