Betty Sue (Ivey) Baird

September 20, 1957 — September 3, 2017

Betty Sue Baird, age 59 of LaFollette departed this life Sunday, September 03, 2017.  She was a very loving wife, daughter, mother, and grandmother.  Betty enjoyed her grandchildren more than anything in this world.


She is preceded in death by father Arzo Ivey; First husband Ralph Marcum Sr; 2 infant daughters; brothers Delone Ivey; sister Kathy Ivey.


She is survived by husband Archie Baird of LaFollette; mother Wanda (MccGuire) Ivey; son Ralph Marcum & wife Jerihlyn of Jacksboro; daughters Kaylee & Keira; brother Rick Ivey and wife Tammy of LaFollette; sister Pat Ward of LaFollette, and Bridgitte Yarbrough and husband Michael of Clinton; grandchildren Jacob, Raily, & Branndon Marcum, Logan Pack, Skyler Wilder, and Elijah Meade.


Visitation will be 5-8 PM Wednesday, September 6, 2017 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home followed by funeral service at 8 PM with Rev. Jimmy Griffith officiating.  Friends and family will meet 1 PM Thursday, September 7, 2017 at Martin Wilson Funeral Home for the 2 PM interment at Ivey Cemetery in the Coolidge community in LaFollette, Tennessee.
