Betty Gail Lyke

Betty Gail Lyke, age 59 of LaFollette, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 3, 2022 at her home. She was born on June 21, 1963 to the late Gether and Cleo (Powell) McGlone. Betty was very outgoing person that enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, working at Valley View Elementary, and attending Calvary Baptist Church, where she was a member.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers Elmer, Ricky, Danny, and Randy McGlone; and sister Patricia Ann Leach.

Betty is survived by her loving husband Ricky Lyke of LaFollette; sons Jason Lyke of Alabama and Justin Lyke of LaFollette; grandchildren Mallory, Dylan, and Brooks; sister Brenda Gibson and husband Larry; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 PM on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at Calvary Baptist Church with funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM with Pastor Bo Freeman officiating.
