Bill Martin

Bill Martin, age 85 of Jacksboro, passed away Thursday, June 8, 2017.  He was Church of God Faith. Bill loved working in his yard, listening to music and singing. He was a U.S. Army veteran and retired from General Motors. Bill loved spending time with the love of his life, whom he has been married to for 61 years.

He is preceded in death by parents Lawrence and Jeanette Hill Martin.

Survived by loving wife, Mary Martin; son, Gary Wayne Martin and wife, Dorothy of Tipp City, Ohio; grandchildren, Jennifer Martin Runyon and husband, Justin; Greg Martin and wife, Amanda; great-grandchildren, Jackson, Jenabella, Gavin, and Aubree. He is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be 6-8 Pm Sunday, June 11, 2017 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home; funeral service to follow at 8 PM with Rev. Adam Hunley officiating.
Friends and family will meet 10:30 AM Monday, June 12 at Martin Wilson Funeral Home to go in procession for the 11 AM interment in Campbell Memorial Gardens.
