Billie R. Smith, age 74, of Caryville passed away Friday, May 29, 2015. He loved to fish and go to car shows.

He was preceded in death by his parents Joe Ray & Mary Ruth (Lay) Smith, daughter Sharon Blackwell and sister Pauline Young.

He is survived by his wife Marianne Smith of Caryville; sons Christopher Smith & wife Kensey of Caryville, Ricky Smith & wife Jessica of Jacksboro, Frank Goetz & wife Iva of Knoxville, David Clabough of Maryville and Brian Clabough & wife Tracy of Maryville; daughters Terry Gilbert of Ohio and Stephanie Smith & spouse Kelli Smith of Caryville; step-daughters Jessie Merritt and Jannie Schnaitman; brother Jim Smith of Ohio; sister Ruth Huff & husband Rollin of Ohio; 14 grandchildren and 15 great- grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and brothers and sisters-in-law.

Family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm on Wednesday, June 3, 2015 in Martin Wilson Funeral Home with a Celebration of Life to follow at 8:00 pm with Rev. Billy Smith officiating.
