Callie Freeman

Callie Freeman, at 92, passed away on Monday, October 31, 2011 at LaFollette Medical Health & Rehab Center. She loved animals, especially dogs and cats. Her family was her life. She was a charter member of Grace Bible Church.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father Thomas Andrew & Mossie E. Boshears Ballard, husband Sam Freeman, brothers James, George, Rose, and Jack Ballard, and sisters Tenie Aversa, Ruby Willoughby, Grace Hatmaker, and Lillie Mae Ballard.

She is survived by her brothers Thomas Ballard Jr. of Revina, OH and Sherman Ballard of LaFollette, sisters Helen Guriel of River Gate, MI, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 2, 2011 in the Martin Wilson Chapel with Rev Hobert McCreary officiating. Interment will follow the service at the Bakers Forge Cemetery. Family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.
