Chadwick "Chad" Brook McCullah, age 31 of Caryville, passed away on Saturday, August 5, 2023. Chadwick was born on July 13, 1992. He enjoyed fishing, camping, basketball, and hanging out with his friends, nieces, and nephews.

Chad is survived by his parents Millard and Glenna (Archer) McCullah; daughter Abigayl McCullah of Flordia; brothers McKay McCullah and Jamie of Caryville and Jeffery McCullah and Inez of LaFollette; and several nieces, nephews, friends, and relatives.

A visitation will be from 12:00-1:00 PM on Saturday, August 19, 2023 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home with a Celebration of life to follow at 1:00 PM with Rev. Brian Goins officiating.
