Charles Pat Douglas

Charles Pat Douglas, age 85 of LaFollette, passed away on Friday, October 21, 2016 at the LaFollette Health and Rehab Center. Pat was born April 2, 1931 in Jellico to the late Maynard and Martha Marie Smith Douglas. He enjoyed cutting wood.

Pat is survived by his siblings, Steve Smith, Warren Smith, Ronnie Smith, Glenna Tutor, and Brenda Dodson.

No services are planned for Charles Pat Douglas.
