Chester Eugene Kingsley

Chester Eugene Kingsley age 89 of Stoney Fork, TN passed away January 25, 2009 at his home. Eugene Kingsley was a World War II Navy Veteran, He served on the US Hughes, a destroyer, fought in various battles, including The Battle of Midway.

Preceded in death by Wife: Elsie Bullock Kingsley of 58 years. Parents: Joseph Chester Kingsley and Cora Virgie Taylor Kingsley, Sister: Nannie Louise Smith.

Survivors include Children: Chester Wayne Kingsley of Stoney Fork and Wife: Teresa Kingsley, Barbara Marlow of Jacksboro and Frankie Long and Husband: Rick Long of Knoxville. Also a special sister in law: Flora Bullock of Stoney Fork. 9 Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren, Several Nieces, Nephews and a host of other Relatives and Friends.

Graveside service  and Interment will be 1 PM Thursday, January 29, 2009 at McGhee Cemetery Stoney Fork  with Martin Fannin officiating.. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 PM Wednesday night in Martin Wilson Chapel.
