October 19, 1963 — May 7, 2016
Cindy Annette Tinnel, age 52 of Jacksboro passed away Saturday, May 7, 2016 at UT Medical Center. She was a member of the Cumberland View Baptist Church. Cindy loved her family and pets, Angel and Macie. She loved spending time with her grandkids and helping others.
Preceded in death by her parents Lawton Deboy and Dorothy (Horne) Wright; brother James "Bubby" Wright; sister Mary Jane Phillips.
Survived by sons Michael and Justin Silcox, both of Jacksboro; daughters Brianna Tinnel of Jacksboro, and Jennifer Parker of Sevierville, TN.; sisters Nova Brown and Teresa Bourff, both of LaFollette; 7 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a host of relatives and friends.
Family will receive friends for Cindy Tuesday, May 10, 2016 from 6-8 PM in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home with the service to follow at 8 PM. Friends and family will meet at 10:15 AM Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at Martin Wilson Funeral Home for the 11:00 AM interment at Woodlawn Cemetery.
