Cynthia E. (Hicks) Puckett

Cynthia E. Puckett, age 56 of Madisonville, Tennessee departed this life Thursday, October 18, 2018.  She was loving wife of 33 years, Mom of three, and a devoted Nana to eight special grandchildren.  Cynthia enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by father William Hicks.

She is survived by husband Michael Shannon Puckett Sr. of Madisonville, Tennessee; son Michael Shannon Puckett Jr. & wife Jessica of Germany; daughters Trish Caraway & husband Drew of San Antonio, Texas, and Aubree Puckett of Cleveland, Tennessee; mother Patricia Cloutier of Mekinock, North Dakota; brothers Mike Hicks & wife Helen of Grand Forks, North Dakota, and Bill Hicks of Washington State; sisters Lynn Lee & husband John of Grand Forks, North Dakota, Dawn Winters of Florida, and Lisa Hicks of Grand Forks, North Dakota; grandchildren Jacob, Jathan, and Jace Caraway, Temperance and Riley Puckett, Isabella, Michael Shannon III, and Qynntynn Puckett.

Visitation will be 12 – 1 PM Monday, October 22, 2018 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home followed by funeral service at 1 PM. The interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery.
