Dale "Booby" Travis Chapman

Dale Travis Chapman (known as "Booby" to all his friends and family).  He was born on December 14, 1973 to his father Charles E. Chapman and his mother Jean Chapman.  Booby passed away on November 7, 2018 at U.T. Medical Center at 11:35 AM.  He was preceded in death by his brother Neal Maurice Chapman.  He is survived by his mother Jean Chapman and father Charles E. Chapman, step-brothers Jeff Hembree and Todd Hembree and many friends and loved ones.  He loved his family and was a peacemaker among them.  He will be sadly missed here but greatly welcomed and loved in heaven.

Services for Dale Travis Chapman "Booby" will be at Martin Wilson Funeral Home on Saturday, November 10, 2018.  Friends and family will be received at 11 AM with funeral service following and interment at Powell Valley Cemetery.
