Dallis Roy Jessie

Dallis Roy Jessie age 66 passed away Thursday May 15, 2008 at his home. He was a member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church.  Mr. Jessie loved fishing, giving and was charitable.  He was a loving father and grandfather.

Preceded in death by wife: Doris Jessie.  Parents: Oscar and Edna Jessie.
Sisters: Gladys Owens and Wava Lee Hix.

Survived by Son: David Jessie and wife Virgie of Caryville.  Daughter: Lisa Hatmaker of Jacksboro.  Brothers: Jewel Jessie of GA, Leo Jessie and Oray Jessie of Jacksboro. Sisters: Freda Collins of Speedwell and Joyce Ann Bratcher of LaFollette.  Grandchildren: Savannah Jessie, Sierra Jessie and Beth Wade.  Special friend whom he thought of as a daughter Denise Leadbetter of Knoxville. Host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be 8 PM Sunday May 18, 2008 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Orick officiating.  Interment will be 11 AM Monday in Campbell Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 PM before funeral service.
