Darlene Stanley

Darlene Wilson Stanley, age 50 passed away Sunday, November 29, 2009 at her home in Chatsworth, GA. She grew up and formerly resided in Lafollette, TN and was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Darlene loved her family and God very much. She was an associate at Walmart in Dalton, GA for 16 years. She loved to listen to Christian music, good gospel preaching, and enjoyed reading.

Preceded in death by Father and Mother: John D. and Josephine Stephens Wilson. Brothers: Albert Ernest Wilson, Herman Morris Wilson, and Sterling Wilson. Sister: Mollie Wilson Caldwell. Grandparents: Albert and Mollie Jordan Wilson and George and Hattie Shelton Stephens. Several aunts and uncles.

Survived by Son: Triston Keith Stanley of Chatsworth, GA. Son and Daughter in Law: Dustin Ryan and Amanda Stanley who is currently stationed in Iraq and Fort Stewart in Hinesville, GA. Three Grandchildren: Blake, Emily, and Megan Stanley. Sister and Brother in Law: Wilma and Fred Stagnolia of Jacksboro, TN. Brother: George "Tom" Wilson of Lafollette, TN. Several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral Service will be 8 PM Thursday, December 3, 2009 in Martin Wilson Chapel with Rev. Fred Stagnolia officiating. Interment will be 11 AM Friday in Wilson Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Thursday night before funeral service.
