David Franklin Goins, age 73 passed away on Friday March 28, 2025. He was born on March 13, 1952 to the late William F. and Pauline Starrett Goins. David was of the Baptist faith; he loved to hunt and watch sports on TV.
In addition to his parents, David is preceded in death by his brother, Jefferey Lynn Goins.
David is survived by his sister, Debra Chitwood and husband Curt; brother, Steve Goins and wife DeDe; his uncle Kenny Starrett and wife Nancy, and aunt Hazel Starrett Boles.
Graveside service at 12:00 PM on April 3, 2025, at Woodlawn Cemetery.
