David Lynn Turner

David Lynn Turner, age 69 of LaFollette went home to be with the Lord Thursday, June 8, 2017.  He was of the Baptist faith and attended West LaFollette Church.  He was a loving husband of 49 years, father, and grandfather.  David enjoyed spending time with his family.

He is preceded in death by parents Earl and Edna (Hickey) Tuner; infant brother Roger Dale Turner; sisters Dorothy Davis, Mary Ulmer, Nancy Pyles.

He is survived by his wife Earlene Turner of LaFollette; daughters Tammy Payne and husband Roger of LaFollette, and Amanda James and husband Jason of Jacksboro; brothers Leon Turner and wife Gail of LaFollette, Don Turner and wife Phyllis of Michigan; sister Lois Wilson and husband Jack of LaFollette; deceased grandchild Shelby Grace Payne; 3 grandchildren Mackenzie and Madison Payne and Brady James.

Visitation will be from 10 AM to 12 PM Saturday, June 10, 2017 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home; funeral service 12 PM with Rev. Sampson Ridenour officiating followed by the interment in Campbell Memorial Gardens with military honors by the Campbell County Honor Guard.
