Donald Wayne Lawson

Donald Wayne Lawson, age 71 of Caryville went home to be with the Lord Monday, February 5, 2018.  He was of the Methodist faith and a member of Jacksboro Methodist Church.  Donald was a very loving husband that enjoyed spending time with his family.  He loved to ride his 4-wheeler in the mountains, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and traveling.  Donald was an Army Veteran and proudly served his country from 1969 through 1975.

He was preceded in death by parents Horace Lawson and Nadean (Evans) Ayers.

He is survived by wife Janet Lawson of Caryville; son Adam Atkinson & wife Jessica of Crossville; daughter Olivia Elliott & husband Donnie of LaFollette; Aunt Hazel Ward of Sun City, Arizona; grandchildren Raylyn and Logan Elliott.

Celebration of Life will be 2 PM Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Jacksboro Methodist Church with Brother Perry Duncan and Brother Dave Grant officiating.
