Doris Ann Pierce

Doris Ann Pierce, age 53, of LaFollette passed away on Friday, July 11th, 2014 at home. She was a member of the LaFollette United Methodist Church. She was a very loving wife of 25 years, mother, and grandmother that enjoyed teaching school, attending church, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents James Fuzz & Dorothy (Fredericks) Baker.

She is survived by her husband Len Pierce of LaFollette; sons Jake Pierce of LaFollette and Ben Pierce & wife Tasha of Ft Wainwright, AK; daughter Melissa Fleming & husband Kevin of Jacksboro; brother John David Baker of Jellico; grandchildren Lainey Pierce and Bella Fleming; special friend Syondra Cox; and a host of other friends and relatives.

The family will receive friends from 1:30 - 3:00 pm on Sunday, July 13th, 2014 at the LaFollette United Methodist Church with the funeral service to follow at 3:00 pm with Rev. Chris Stanfield officiating. Interment will follow in Campbell Memorial Gardens . In lieu of flowers make donations to Campbell County Cancer society.
