Effie (Byrge) Ward

Effie Ward, age 94 of LaFollette passed away Saturday, December 23, 2017.  She was a member of the West LaFollette Baptist Church.  Effie enjoyed flea markets, flowers, and gardening.

She is preceded in death husband Carl Wayne Ward Sr., sons Robert Ward and Roy Ward; parents Henry and Mollie (Wilson) Bryge; brother Mart Byrge, sisters Myrtle Wilson, Ellen Gunter, and Ethel Lay.

She is survived by son Wayne Ward Jr. of LaFollette; daughter Ruby Mae Milstead of LaFollette; sister Evelyn Chapman of LaFollette; 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.

All services were held private.
