Elma Botts

Elma Botts, age 89, of Louisville, KY passed away Sunday, January 20, 2013 at Christopher East Nursing Home in Louisville. She was a very loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, & friend. Elma was a very kind-hearted person who was loved by everyone she met and was often called an "angel on earth."

She was preceded in death by her parents Dennie & Bertha (King) Bridges, husband Oscar Botts, son Jerry Botts, 7 brothers, and 2 sisters.

She is survived by her son Rick Botts & wife Chery of Louisville, daughters Earlene Taylor & husband Bob and Elsie Lobb & husband Dean all of Louisville, 1 brother, 2 sisters, 7 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 23rd, 2013 from 1:00 - 7:00 pm in the Martin Wilson Chapel. Funeral service will be on Thursday, January 24th at 12:00 noon with Rev Harold Norman officiating. Interment will follow the service at the Stanfield Cemetery.
