Eloise Roberson

Eloise Roberson, age 90, passed away on Monday, October 24, 2011. She was a very loving mother, grandmother, and friend to all she met. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She loved life to its fullest.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father Sam and Nilie McNeeley Venable, husband James A "Jim" Roberson, brothers Charlie and Sam Venable, and sisters Anna Margret Faulkner and Ruby Petrey.

She is survived by her sons Al Roberson and wife Lisa of LaFollette and Joe Roberson and wife Darlene of Smyrna, TN, sister Betty Ellison and husband Carlos of Michigan, and grandchildren Devan and Joey Roberson.

Funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, October 27, 2011 in the Martin Wilson Chapel with Rev Kenny Gillum officiating. Interment will follow the service at the Woodlawn Cemetery. Family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.
