Emma Sue Roberts

Emma Sue Roberts age 73 of Jacksboro passed away Friday September 23, 2011 at her home. Emma was a member of Morley Missionary Baptist Church. Emma loved gardening, quilting, and flowers and she loved her family very much.

Proceeded in death by: Father Lee Shepherd, Mother Mildred Newby Shepherd,
Husband Jessie Rolland Roberts, Brothers: Charles Lee Shepherd, James Shepherd, and Glen Shepherd, Sisters Wanda Voyles, Ollie Shepherd, and Joetta Boshears.

Survived by: Son Terry Lee Roberts and wife Brenda of Georgia, Daughter Tina Baird and husband Jack of LaFollette, Sisters Mary Fisher of Georgia, Alice Gardner of Florida, Linda Wheeler of Knoxville, Joyce Scarborough of Florida, and Judy Buffmire of Jacksboro, (9) Grandchildren and (6) Great Grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be Monday September 26, 2011 at 8pm in the Martin-Wilson Chapel with Rev. Danny Lee Orick and Rev. Glen McNeely officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 pm prior to Funeral service. Interment will be Tuesday September 27, 2011 in the Grantsboro Cemetery at 11am.
