Emmette Wilson

Emmette Wilson age 70 of LaFollette went home to be with the Lord on Monday, June 23, 2008 at the St. Mary's Medical Center in Campbell Co. He attended the East LaFollette Wesleyan Church. Mr. Wilson was a very loving husband and brother. He enjoyed working on the farm, gardening or doing anything outdoors.

Preceded in death by Parents: McKinley and Bessie Hatmaker Wilson. Brothers: Virgil, Delmar, Junior, Odie, Twin Brother: Eugene, Douglas Wilmar, Robert Lynn Wilson and 1 Infant Brother.

Survived by Wife: Brenda Wilson of LaFollette. Brothers: Donald Lee Wilson, Von Edward and Wife : Wilma Wilson all of LaFollette. Roger Wilson of Alabama. Sisters: Clairese Ford, Carrie Miller, Delsie and Husband: Clifford Mefford all of LaFollette. Bonnie Ford of Harlan, Ky. 36 Nieces and Nephews. Several Great Nieces and Nephews.

Funeral Service will be 8 PM Wednesday, June 25 in Martin Wilson Chapel with Rev. David Gresser and Rev. Jimmy Orick officiating. Interment will be 11 AM Thursday in Grantsboro Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 PM Wednesday night before funeral service.
