Esco Simpson

Esco Simpson, age 68 of Lafollette passed away Monday, November 23, 2009 at the St. Mary's Medical Center of Campbell County. He was a very loving father and grandfather who loved spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed fishing and talking with his friends on his CB. He also enjoyed playing his guitar and going to church when he was able.

Preceded in death by Parents: Everett and Viva Silcox Simpson. Brothers: JR and Elbert Simpson. Sisters: Vonnette Daugherty and Joyce Ann Cadell.

Survived by Wife: Virginia Cross Simpson of Lafollette. Daughter and Son in Law: Lisa and Frank Perdue of Morgan County. Grandchildren: Christopher, Brittany, Jeremy and Amber Perdue. Brothers and Sisters in Law: Roger and Linda Simpson of Ohio and Harold and Paula Simpson of Lafollette. Sisters: Betty Mae Foust of Jellico Wilma Sue Elliot of Lafollette. Sister and Brother in Law: Pearlie Faye and Carlos Marlow of Lafollette.  Several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service will be 2 PM Saturday, November 28, 2009 in Martin Wilson Chapel with Rev. Danny Lawson officiating. Interment will follow in Allred Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12 to 2 PM Saturday before funeral service.
