Esther (Vanover) Albertini

Our beloved Mother, Esther Albertini, age 101, of Bardstown, Kentucky that we loved so much departed this world Monday, June 12, 2017.  The most important times of her life was spending time with her family, her home, taking care of her garden, flowers, cooking, and always making sure her house was clean.  Esther enjoyed traveling anytime anybody wanted to go anywhere.

She is preceded in death by husband Frank Albertini; daughters Janice Dotson and husband Fred, and Betty Silcox; parents Lee and Florida (Ridenour) Vanover; brothers Emory, John, Floyd, Lloyd, and Emmitt Vanover; sisters Lizzie Ayers, Martha Cox, Eudena Branam, Mae Andrews, Katheryn Coleman, Aude Malicoat, Mandy Alsip, and Eva Vanover.

She is survived by son Ronnie Albertini and wife Nona of Chaska, TN; daughters Dorothy Long and husband Dennis of Dayton, OH., Judy Everage and husband Bobby of Jellico, TN., Iva Hamilton and husband Edwin of Bardstown, KY.; 15 grandchildren Vickie Broughton, Sandra Eberlein, Shelia Smith Davis, Ronnie Dotson, Dennis Ray Long, David Long, Shanda Esther Machia Everage, Melissa Everage Douglas, Angela Hamilton, Patricia Eskridge, Bryan Hamilton, Ronce Albertini,  Amber Albertini, Allen Dotson, and Alice Marcum; 31 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren; a host of relatives and friends.

Visitation for Esther will be 5-8 PM Friday, June 16, 2017 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home followed by funeral service at 8 PM with Rev. Delmus Bruce officiating.   Friends and family will meet 10:15 AM Saturday, June 17, 2017 at Martin Wilson Funeral Home for the 11 AM interment in Woodlawn Cemetery.
