Ethel Marie Adkins

Ethel Mullins Michaelis Adkins, age 83, departed this life on December 1, 2014 to join her family in Heaven and most of all to meet her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

She was preceded in death by her husband Rev. Walter Lynn Adkins; mother Emma McKinney Mullins; father John Frank Mullins; brothers Carl, Raphie, Arnold, William (Sonny) and Franklin; and former husband of 35 years Carl (Mike) Michaelis of New Jersey.

She will be missed by her step-daughter Linda Clarke of IL; very special niece Wanda Mullins Lawson & husband Vance; son Arland of LaFollette; very special nephew Stanley Mullins & wife Judy and family of Maynardville, TN; and special adopted in love sister Katherine Michaelis Lawrence and sons E.J. and Michael of NJ.

Arrangements will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family asks that anyone who wants to honor Ethel's memory help someone who needs help as that is her heart-felt wish.
