Ethel Mae Prater

Ethel Marie Hill Prater age 95 of Monroe, Georgia formally of Lafollette, Tennessee went home to be with her Lord Jesus Christ on September 25, 2010. She was born on December 15, 1914 to John and Minnie Reynolds Hill. She was saved in 1952 and joined West Lafollette Baptist Church. She attended several Baptist Churches while living in Georgia.

She was preceded in death by her Husband: Roy Prater. Her memory will forever be treasured by her 5 children, Jack Prater, Virginia Clement, Peggy Haywood, Jania Lumpkins, and Sonny Prater. 8 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren.

She did not want sadness on this day. She has gone to rest.
"When you are sorrowful look again in your heart and you shall see that in truth you are weeping for that which has been your delight.

Graveside service and interment will be 11 AM Tuesday, September 28 in Woodlawn Cemetery with Rev. Derrick Hembree officiating.
