Garnetta Davis

Garnetta Hassler Davis, age 57 of Lafollette passed away Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at the Mercy Medical Center in Knoxville. She was a very loving wife and mother of six children, grandmother of 5 grandchildren and enjoyed spending all the time she could with her family.

Preceded in death by Infant Daughter: Kandice Davis. Parents: Ireland and Georgia Hassler.

Survived by Life Mate: Troy L. Davis. Sons: Jefferson and Christopher Davis of Lafollette and John - Branam Davis of Sarasota, FL. Daughter and Son in Law: Angela and Kevin Davis of Knoxville. Daughter: Jessica Davis of Lafollette. Grandchildren: Aaron Bailey, Tyler and Jackson Hassler, Ethan Cole and Kristus Davis. Brothers: Leroy Hassler and Wife: Lucy of Lafollette. Ira and John Hassler both of Brunswick, GA. Sisters: Brenda Daniels, Carol Frazer, Juanita Wilkerson, Jenny Cole, Janie Sue Baird, and Gaynell Hassler all of Brunswick, GA. and Libby Nunn of Lafollette.

Funeral service will be 1 PM Saturday, November 20th in Martin Wilson Chapel with Rev. Phillip Rutherford officiating. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 PM Friday night.
