Gladys Housley
May 10, 1928 — November 7, 2013
Gladys Housley, age 85, of LaFollette passed away on Thursday, November 7th, 2013 at North Knoxville Medical Center. She enjoyed astrology, farming, and cooking & canning when she was able.
She was preceded in death by her parents Walter & Helen (St. John) Miller and husband Clay Housley.
She is survived by her son Leland Eugene Dossett; daughters Geraldine Thomas, Theresa Woodson, Diane Croft, and Sandra Brown; brothers Kenneth "Smiley" Miller and Gene Miller; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 9th, 2013 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Martin Wilson Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow visitation at 8:00 pm with Rev. Walter Miller officiating. Interment will be held on Sunday, November 10th, 2013 at 11:00 am at Powell Valley Cemetery.
