Glen H. Nelson

Glen H. Nelson age 69 of LaFollette passed away Thursday, August 13, 2009. He was a member of New Town Baptist Church in Ohio. Glen loved to fish, collect antiques, and farm. He was a 32nd degree mason in JB Covert Lodge in Ohio and was a master tool and die maker.

Preceded in death by Daughter: Rebecca Ann Nelson. Parents: Millard and Bertha Nelson. Brothers: Veldon and James B. Nelson.

Survived by Wife: Anenetta Harmon Nelson. Son: David G. Nelson, Daughter: Sherri Nelson List. Step Children: James, Rebecca and Vicky Miller.  Grandchildren: Rodney and Rachel List, Lindsay Nelson.  Sisters:  Kathleen Reynolds, Janice Suggs, and  Reva McGurk. Brothers: Marshall Nelson, Ronald Nelson, Rev. Donald (Dewey) Nelson, Vernon Nelson, Johnny Nelson, Laddie, and Virgil Nelson.  And a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be 8 PM Saturday, August 15 in Martin Wilson Chapel with Rev. Kevin Mysliwiec officiating. Interment will be in Flag Spring Lodge Cemetery in New Town, Ohio. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 PM Saturday night before funeral service in Martin Wilson Chapel.
