Glenna Ruth Gross

Glenna Ruth Gross age 76 of LaFollette passed away Friday, September 4, 2009 at the St. Mary's Hospice in Knoxville. She was a member of Ford Town Baptist Church. Mrs. Gross enjoyed crafts, sewing, baking,
canning, flowers, and her family was her life.

Preceded in death by Parents: Byrd and Mary Longmire Ford. Brother: Newman Ford. Sister: Helen Knox.

Survived by Husband of 55 years: James Everette Gross. Son and Daughter in Law: Terry Lynn and Vera Lynn Gross all of LaFollette.
Grandchildren: Brandy Nichole Moore and Amanda Shea Kenderman. Great Grandchildren: Jacob, Kaitlyn, and Branden. 4 Step Grandchildren, 15 Step Great Grandchildren, and 6 Step Great Great Grandchildren. Sisters: Alice Leach of LaFollette, Della Mae Leach of Clinton, and Judy McCarter of Caryville.

Funeral service will be 8 PM Sunday, September 6, 2009 at Ford Town Baptist Church with Rev. Tim Dupuy and Rev. David Hicks officiating. Interment will be 11 AM Monday in Bakers Forge Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 PM Sunday night before funeral service.
