Harlan Bray

Harlan Bray, age 81, of LaFollette passed away on Monday, April 23, 2012 at UT Medical Center. He enjoyed woodworking, gardening, hunting & fishing, and he loved his family very much.

He was preceded in death by his parents Bill & Cora (Kennedy) Bray, his first wife Janie Bray, his second wife Flora Bray, brother Arlie Bray, and sisters Helen & Betty Bray.

He is survived by his son J.C. Bray of LaFollette, sisters Erlene Lowe of Knoxville and Lois Shoopman of Oliver Springs, grandchildren April Greenwood & husband Chris of Jacksboro and Scott Bray & wife Kristy of Caryville, and great-grandchildren Jacob, Nicole, Corey, & Olivia.

Funeral service will be at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 26th, 2012 in the Martin Wilson Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Rutherford officiating. Family will receive friends prior to the service from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Interment will be on Friday, April 27th, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the Powell Valley Cemetery & Memorial Gardens.
