May 8, 1923 — September 30, 2008
Hazel Kennedy age 85 of LaFollette passed away Tuesday, September 30, 2008 at the St. Mary's Medical Center of Campbell County. She was a member of Central Baptist Church. She enjoyed going shopping, flowers, gardening and hanging out with friends.
Preceded in death by Husband: Conley Kennedy. Parents: Mack and Martha McGhee. 8 Brothers and 1 Sister.
Survived by Brothers: Virgil McGhee of Dayton, TN and Delora McGhee of Onieda, TN. Sisters: Verda Thompson of Clinton and Laney Dean Wishoun of LaFollette. Special Friend: Arlene Marlow of LaFollette. Several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service will be 8 PM Thursday, October 2, 2008 in Martin Wilson Chapel. Interment will be 11 AM Friday in Campbell Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 PM Thursday night before funeral service.
