Homer Daugherty

Homer Daugherty age 81 of Caryville, TN passed away on Wednesday, July 13, 2011.

He was preceded in death by his father and mother Walton and Adah Daugherty, wife of 52 years Carrie Goodman Daugherty, brothers Ramsy and Howy Daugherty, seven sisters, and son Lonnie M. Daugherty.

He is survived by his wife of 6 years Maudine Wright Daugherty of Caryville, TN, sister Katie Jerks of Briceville, TN, brother Willard "Bill" Daugherty and wife Margie of Michigan, sister-in-law Imogene Moss of Wartburg, TN, 2 sister-in-laws and their husbands, 3 brother-in-laws and their wives, step-son James R. "Bruce" Braden and wife Gail of Wartburg, TN, step-daughters Joyce Jones and husband Author Jones Jr. of Black Mountain, NC and Betty Patterson and husband Lenn of Oliver Springs, TN, granddaughter Virginia "Nina" Holloway of Michigan, grandson Justin Daugherty of Michigan, special step-granddaughter Heather Braden, seven step-granddaughters, one step-grandson, great-grandson Liam Holloway, several nieces and nephews, as well as many friends and neighbors. He will be missed by all.

Memorial services are to be announced at a later date.
