Jackie Dale Thrasher

Jackie Dale Thrasher "Jack" of Pioneer born August 12, 1949 passed away March 15, 2013 at his home. He was 63 years old. Jack was a family man who was proud daily of his relationship with wife and children and beamed with pride when talking about his grandchildren. Jack was a Veteran of the United States Navy. He was a member of the Coal Creek Lodge #492 where he served as Master in 1993 and 1996. He was employed at Y-12 as an electrician.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents James & Bessie Thrasher. Brother Jim Thrasher. Sister Alexia Thrasher Smith.

Jack is survived by his wife of almost 25 years Pattie Paul Thrasher. Son Jack Seifried and wife Michelle of Houston, TX. Son Travis Thrasher and wife Yashia of Lake City. Daughter Becky Orick and husband Kenny of Caryville. Daughter Jackie Lemarr and husband Tim of Caryville. Grandchildren Thyshad, Tionne, and Tyus Thrasher. Victoria, Brady, Logan, and Dolan Orick. Taylor, Maddie, and Abbie Dople. Katelynn, Matt, and Bobby Lemarr. Brother John Thrasher and wife Becky of Pall Mall, TN. Sister Sharon Blackwell of Hoopeston, IL. Sister Julie Ford and husband Gary of Monroe, TN. Sister Lesli Winningham of Byrdstown, TN. Sister-in-law Connie Baker and husband Ed of Jacksboro and a host of nieces and nephews.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family requests that everyone that knew Jack perform one random act of kindness in his memory.
