James Edward Partin

James Edward Partin age 65 of LaFollette died Saturday December 27, 2008 at St. Mary's Medical Center of Campbell County.

Mr. Partin was born April 20, 1943 in Middlesboro, KY to James Shelt and Roxie Hamblin Partin.  He was a member of Faithway Assembly of God and a retired truck driver.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his beloved wife Judy Partin, also a sister Mary Elizabeth Partin.

Survivors include daughters Tabitha (Tommy) Davis of Caryville, Renee (Bill) Gilbert of Bean Station, Rhonda (Jack) Hannah of Morristown and Jamie (Chris) Ford of Beaver Creek, OH; brothers Almer Partin of Duff and Ancil Partin of Williamsburg, KY; sisters Ann Maiden of Frakes, KY, Mabel Partin of Middlesboro, KY and Myrtle Murray of Frakes, KY; five grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Martin Wilson Funeral Home. Services will be at 8 p.m. Monday at Martin Wilson Chapel with Rev. Carlos Bruce and Rev. Steve Bruce officiating.  Interment will take place at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Campbell Memorial Gardens.
